Job summary

Tekskills is seeking an SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant to lead the implementation, configuration, and support of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in HRIS systems, and a strong understanding of HR business processes.

Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in IT or HR, 3–6 years of SAP SuccessFactors EC experience, and experience with integrations to other systems such as SAP HCM and payroll.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, HR, or related field.
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification preferred.
• 3+ to 6+ years of SAP SuccessFactors implementations experience focusing on Employee Central.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and data management.
• Experience with integrations between SuccessFactors and other systems (e.g., SAP HCM, payroll).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation, configuration, and support of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
