Job summary

Tekskills is seeking an SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant to lead the implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions. The ideal candidate will bring deep HRIS expertise and a strong understanding of HR business processes.

Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree, SAP SuccessFactors EC certification preferred, and 3+ to 6+ years of EC project experience, with excellent communication and project management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Human Resources, or related field.
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification preferred.
• 3+ to 6+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementations, with a focus on Employee Central.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and data management.
• Experience with integrations between SuccessFactors and other systems (e.g., SAP HCM, payroll).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
