Job summary

Z Ventures in Gujarat, India seeks an Inventory & Store Manager responsible for maintaining stock levels of automotive and industrial spare parts, ensuring accurate counts, proper labeling, and regular cycle counts.

You will supervise store staff, oversee inward/outward movement, verify receipts against PO/invoices, maintain ERP/SAP records, generate reports on stock status, and coordinate with procurement, production, and maintenance while upholding 5S and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must have strong inventory knowledge and ERP/SAP experience.
• Proficient in MS Excel and reporting.
• Experience with stock controls, audits and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Inventory & Store Management
• Maintain accurate stock levels of automotive and industrial spare parts.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and binning of materials.
• Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts.
• Monitor slow-moving and non-moving inventory
• Material Handling
• Oversee inward and outward material movement.
• Verify goods received against purchase orders and invoices.
• Ensure proper documentation for all stock transactions.
• System & Documentation
• Maintain inventory records using ERP/SAP or similar systems.
• Ensure timely updating of stock entries, GRNs, and issue slips.
• Generate reports on stock status, discrepancies, and consumption.
• Coordination & Compliance
• Coordinate with procurement, production, and maintenance teams for material requirements.
• Ensure adherence to safety, housekeeping (5S), and compliance standards.
• Support audits (internal and external) related to store operations.
• Team Management
• Supervise store assistants or junior staff.
• Assign daily tasks and ensure efficient workflow.
