We are looking for an experienced Dayforce Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in implementing, configuring, and supporting Dayforce HCM modules. The ideal candidate will work closely with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to analyze business needs, design scalable solutions, and ensure smooth system operations.
This is a high-priority senior role requiring the ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities from day one.
Dayforce Configuration & Support
Configure and maintain Dayforce modules such as HCM, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Workforce Management, Benefits, and Recruiting.
Manage Dayforce workflows, rules, pay policies, schedule policies, and security settings.
Troubleshoot functional and technical issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal business impact.
Support ongoing maintenance, enhancements, and release updates.
Implementation & Enhancements
Work with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
Translate business needs into Dayforce configurations and technical specifications.
Lead or support module implementations, module rollouts, and new feature enablement.
Conduct regression testing, UAT support, and deployment of Dayforce releases.
Integrations & Data Management
Maintain and develop integrations between Dayforce and external systems (HRIS, Payroll, ERP, Benefits systems).
Work with APIs, data exports, and file-based integrations.
Support data loads, data audits, and data validation activities.
Reporting & Analytics
Create and enhance Dayforce reports, dashboards, and analytics to support operations and leadership needs.
Ensure data integrity and provide insights for HR, Payroll, and workforce teams.
Collaboration & Documentation
Work closely with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Operations, and IT teams.
Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, processes, and change requests.
Provide functional and technical guidance to internal teams and end users.
Support training and knowledge transfer sessions.
8+ years of total experience, with 58 years of hands-on experience in Ceridian Dayforce across multiple modules.
Strong functional knowledge of HR processes (Core HR, Payroll, Workforce Management, Time Tracking).
Experience with Dayforce configuration, workflows, pay rules, schedules, and security.
Exposure to Dayforce integrations (API, SFTP, imports / exports, XML / JSON files).
Strong understanding of data structures, HR / Payroll compliance, and audit practices.
Ability to manage end-to-end requirements, configurations, testing, and production support.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Dayforce certification(s) preferred.
Experience in multi-country Dayforce deployments or global HR systems.
Knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies.
Prior experience in HRIS, Payroll, or Workforce Management roles.
Ability to mentor junior members and support cross-functional projects.
