Job summary

Rolling Arrays is seeking an experienced HRIS Consultant to lead end-to-end HRIS module delivery as a subject matter expert in a client-facing role. You will drive requirements workshops, design scalable HRIS solutions, and mentor junior consultants on projects.

You will manage client relationships, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure high-quality deliverables through QA cycles. Strong leadership and communication are essential, with a Workday Core HCM certification required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
• 4-7 years of HRIS experience; minimum 3 full-cycle implementations.
• Deep expertise in one or more HRIS modules (Core HR, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Payroll etc).
• Strong communication, leadership, and client management skills.
• Certification: Workday Core HCM Certification (required)

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of HRIS modules as subject matter expert and mentor junior team members.

Role Summary

Leads end-to-end delivery of HRIS modules as a subject matter expert, manages complex client engagements, and mentors junior team members. May informally lead small project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Design & Configuration: Lead requirements workshops and design functional solutions for complex scenarios. Configure HRIS modules ensuring adherence to best practices and optimization
• Client Engagement: Manage day-to-day client relationships and act as a trusted advisor. Proactively identify and resolve project risks and client concerns
• Quality Assurance: Oversee SIT and UAT cycles and ensure quality signoffs on deliverables. Review junior team members' configuration for accuracy and completeness
• Mentoring & Knowledge Sharing: Guide and mentor Associate and Junior Consultants on the project. Document and share module best practices and lessons learned
