Job summary

EDGE Executive Search is seeking an experienced Dayforce administrator to manage Dayforce HCM, configure modules, and provide end-user support for Indian operations.

You will work closely with HR, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders to optimize workflows, deliver reports, and ensure data integrity across Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Time & Attendance. The role involves hands-on configuration, troubleshooting, and production support, with a strong focus on Gurgaon-based collaboration.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Dayforce (Ceridian) HCM.
• Experience in configuration, implementation, and production/application support.
• Good understanding of Core HR and other Dayforce modules.
• Experience in system administration, issue resolution, and client/stakeholder interaction.
• Willingness to work from Gurgaon.
