Workday & Dayforce Subject Matter Expert
Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Subject Matter Expert to serve as the central authority for Workday and Dayforce platforms within our IT Services division. In this critical role, the incumbent will leverage five to seven years of specialized experience to drive the strategic implementation, optimization, and governance of our core HR and payroll systems. This position is pivotal in ensuring seamless data integrity, robust security protocols, and efficient operational workflows across the organization. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between technical integration requirements and business needs, facilitating complex identity management processes and maintaining the highest standards of documentation and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute advanced exception handling protocols to resolve complex system discrepancies and ensure continuous operational stability.
- Architect and maintain sophisticated integration patterns that connect Workday and Dayforce with external enterprise applications.
- Collaborate closely with Identity and Access Management (IAM) teams to align user provisioning strategies with organizational security policies.
- Serve as the primary liaison between HR, IAM, and application support teams to coordinate cross-functional initiatives and resolve inter-departmental dependencies.
- Develop and enforce comprehensive documentation standards and governance frameworks to ensure audit readiness and system transparency.
- Manage end-to-end integration lifecycles for both Workday and Dayforce, ensuring data synchronization and process alignment.
- Oversee the management of HR data and the entire worker lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Lead identity provisioning activities, ensuring that user access rights are granted, modified, or revoked in accordance with security best practices.

- Skilled in Identity Provisioning processes and security protocol implementation.
