Uni Integrations (Opc) Private Limited is seeking an experienced Dayforce Studio Consultant to design, develop, and support complex integrations across HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Workforce Management. You will work with Dayforce Integration Studio, Dayforce HCM, IBM Sterling, and MFT to deliver reliable data exchanges.

You will lead mapping, data transformation, testing, debugging, and production support while collaborating with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience with Dayforce Integration Studio and Dayforce HCM.
Experience in inbound and outbound integration development and data transformation.
Strong knowledge of XML / XSLT, EDI / ANSI X12, and IBM Sterling B2B Integrator.
Experience with MFT and secure data exchange.
Ability to troubleshoot, perform testing, and provide production support.
Excellent client-facing and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, maintain, and enhance Dayforce integrations.

Translate business requirements into reliable mappings.
Configure and maintain mappings, data transformations, and validations.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Dayforce Integration Studio Consultant with strong expertise in designing, developing, maintaining, and supporting integrations across HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Workforce Management. The consultant should have hands-on experience with Dayforce Integration Studio, Dayforce HCM, IBM Sterling B2B Integrator, EDI, XML/XSLT, SQL, and managed file transfer.

The role requires strong experience in inbound and outbound integrations, mapping, data transformation, integration testing, troubleshooting, and production support, along with direct client and cross-functional stakeholder collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, maintain, and enhance integrations using Dayforce Integration Studio and Dayforce HCM.
Develop and support inbound and outbound integrations across HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Workforce Management.
Translate business and data requirements into reliable integration mappings and technical solutions.
Configure and maintain integration mappings, data transformations, and validation processes.
Work extensively with XML, XSLT, EDI standards, ANSI X12, SAP IDoc, and SQL-based data transformation.
Leverage IBM Sterling B2B Integrator for enterprise B2B integration and data exchange requirements.
Support Managed File Transfer (MFT) and secure exchange of data between internal and external systems.
Perform integration testing, data validation, mapping reviews, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.
Investigate and resolve interface and production issues to ensure integration stability.
Prepare and maintain mapping documents, technical specifications, integration documentation, and production support documentation.
Collaborate directly with clients, implementation consultants, functional teams, vendors, and technical stakeholders.
Manage multiple integration deliverables while ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
Provide ongoing production support and integration enhancements for global client environments.
