Job summary

Merkle in Bengaluru is seeking a Technical Lead to architect and deliver Salesforce Data Cloud solutions, ensuring scalable data models and seamless activation across MarTech platforms.

The role requires hands-on Data Cloud experience, strong SQL/Python/JavaScript skills, and collaboration with marketing, analytics, and engineering teams. Will drive data governance and performance optimizations in a permanent, full-time setting.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, including data ingestion, unification, and activation.
• Strong understanding of identity resolution, consent management, and customer profile stitching.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, MCP, Journey Builder, and Interaction Studio.
• Proficiency in API integrations (REST, SOAP) and data connectors.

We are seeking a skilled and forward-thinking Technical Lead to architect and lead the delivery of solutions using Salesforce Data Cloud. This role is ideal for professionals who have hands‑on experience with Data Cloud, and a strong foundation in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Marketing Cloud Personalization (MCP).

You will be responsible for designing scalable data architectures, managing ingestion and activation workflows, and integrating Data Cloud with other MarTech platforms to enable unified customer profiles and personalized experiences. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams including marketing, analytics, and engineering.

Must-Have Skills
