Hands-on implementation experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud Personalization (MCP), including architecture, configuration, and deployment of real-time personalization solutions such as Open-Time Email (OTE) campaigns, web and mobile personalization, product recommendations, decisioning strategies, audience segmentation, and behavioral targeting. 2. Strong expertise in Data Cloud capabilities, including data ingestion, identity resolution, profile unification, audience segmentation, and activation. 3. Proven experience designing and implementing real-time personalization use cases using MCP, Interaction Studio, and behavioral customer data. 4. Strong understanding of customer journey orchestration across Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Journey Builder and MCP-driven engagement strategies. 5. Experience with consent management, customer profile stitching, and customer data platform (CDP) best practices. 6. Proficiency in API integrations (REST, SOAP), event-driven architectures, and data connectors. 7. Strong skills in SQL, Python, or JavaScript for data transformation, automation, and personalization use cases. 8.
