Job summary

Merkle in Bengaluru (DGS India) is seeking an Associate Technical Architect to design and deliver Salesforce Data Cloud solutions. You will translate business needs into scalable technical designs, define data models and ingestion pipelines, and lead a team of developers to ensure timely delivery.

You will collaborate with enterprise architects, product owners and marketing stakeholders to align technical execution with strategic goals and governance.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, including data ingestion, unification, and activation.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, especially MCP, Journey Builder, and Interaction Studio.
• Experience in designing and reviewing data models for customer data platforms.
• Experience with Einstein.
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs.
• Proficiency in API integrations (REST, SOAP) and data connectors.
• Strong skills in SQL, Python, or JavaScript for data manipulation and automation.
• Experience in leading development teams, managing tasks, and ensuring delivery quality.
• Familiarity with identity resolution, consent management, and data governance.

Associate Technical Architect

We are looking for an experienced and solution-oriented Associate Technical Architect to lead the design and development of customer data solutions using Salesforce Data Cloud. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketing Cloud Personalization (MCP), or other Salesforce clouds, and will have transitioned into working hands-on with Salesforce Data Cloud. Must-Have Skills
