• Develop and implement workflows, business rules, scripts, and interfaces using ServiceNow tools and APIs.
• Strong Experience with Flow Designer and automation.
• Proficient in scripting languages used in ServiceNow (JavaScript).
• Experience with Employee Center and integrating ServiceNow with external systems.
