Job summary

Iitjobs Inc. is seeking a ServiceNow Developer with strong ITSM, CMDB, and JavaScript experience. The position is long-term contractual with hybrid work options and location in Noida.

The role requires daily administration of the ServiceNow platform and ongoing improvements to security and performance. The candidate should have 2+ years of hands-on experience on the ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, Employee Center & HRSD, and be capable of independently handling duties while collaborating

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience working on the ServiceNow platform.
• Experience with ITSM, Employee Center & HRSD.
• Possesses a strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform, its core functionality, and best practices for maintaining the platform.
• Experienced updating content for the Employee Service Delivery portal, such as banners, widgets, and topic pages.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Update standard operating procedure relating to administration best practices of ServiceNow
• Manage user accounts, roles, groups, user criteria, audiences and permissions and ensure appropriate access control mechanisms are in place.
• Monitor and troubleshoot processes and flows running in ServiceNow
• Publish content and perform taxonomy maintenance in ServiceNow Employee Center
• Review system security and health scans implement changes sto improve security and performance.
• Create and maintain comprehensive system documentation.
• Troubleshooting issues, diagnosing problems, and provide solutions for optimal platform performance.
• Staying up to date on the latest ServiceNow features and functionalities.
