Job summary

Astek Group is seeking a seasoned Sales & Marketing Lead for the electrical panel industry. The role focuses on building and guiding a high-performing team across Surat, Vapi, Bharuch, Ahmedabad, Rajkot to achieve ambitious business targets.

You will develop sales strategies, drive new business, oversee reports and orders, and coordinate with estimation, tendering, design, and production teams to ensure on-time order execution. Strong leadership and customer relationship skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience selling to industrial buyers in electrical panels.
• Ability to analyze markets, forecast sales, and track KPIs.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and accountability skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales & marketing team to achieve business targets.
• Develop sales strategies, generate new business opportunities, and acquire new customers.
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, customer visits, enquiries, quotations, follow-ups, and order bookings.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and ensure accountability among team members.
• Build strong relationships with industrial customers, consultants, EPC contractors, OEMs, and key clients.
• Coordinate with estimation, tendering, design, production, and project teams for effective order execution.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activities, sales pipelines, and business opportunities.
• Prepare consolidated sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales & marketing within the electrical panel industry.
• Strong leadership, team management, and people development skills.
• Excellent reporting, analytical, monitoring, and follow-up capabilities.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and customer relationship management skills.
• Good knowledge of HT/LT panels, electrical switchgear, and industrial electrical projects.
• Ability to set targets, review team performance, and drive results.
