Qualifications

• Diploma or BE / B. Tech in Electrical engineering with Minimum 8 years+ relevant experience.
• Exposure to control panels: LT/MCC/PCC/HT/LV/MV panels and related equipment is preferred.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills required.
• Willingness to travel and engage with OEMs and corporate customers.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Marketing for Control Panels including LT, MCC, PCC, APFC, HT, LV/MV switchboards, and related panels.
• Develop and retain OEMs, EU and corporate customers; identify major solution requirements.
• Lead generation and negotiation with customers for large value contracts.
• Brand building activities and launch of new products.
• Daily reporting to the GM and MD; work with cross-functional teams.

Job Description:

• Sales & Marketing for Control Panels i.e. LT panels (MCC,PCC,APFC), HT Panels, LV/MV Switchboards, Starter panels, PLC Panel, DG Synch Panel, Distribution boards, etc.


• Knowledge of MCB, MCCB, Relays, ACB.


• Involved in Brand building activities, launch of new Products.


• Lead Generation and Negotiation skills.


• To develop and retain OEMs, EUs and Corporate Customers.


• Identify major solution requirements for the focus segments


• Understanding of Handling large value contracts and commercial terms


• Technically sound and willing to learn new concepts.


• Person will be daily reporting to GM and MD

Qualification:

• Diploma or BE / B. Tech in Electrical engineering with Minimum 8 years+ relevant experience

Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation of group presentations


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint,


• Self-motivated and highly organized


• Excellent problem solving and time management skills


• Comfortable in managing complex and demanding situations.
