We seek a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our project sales operations for a wide range of electrical panels including LT/HT panels, PCC/MCC, control panels, APFC, distribution boards, VFDs, and custom automation solutions. You will manage end-to-end sales coordination activities—from order processing and dispatch tracking to customer communication and internal alignment—ensuring smooth execution, timely deliveries, and high customer satisfaction across industrial, EPC, government, and infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• E./B.Tech/ Diploma in Electrical Engineering/ IC/ EC.
• Any degree with relevant field experience
• Job Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
• Salary: As per industry standard

Responsibilities

• Create and manage ERP sales orders by coordinating with the sales team and resolving discrepancies.
• Ensure timely dispatch by coordinating with stores, purchase, and logistics while keeping customers informed.
• Provide stock updates and coordinate with teams to ensure accurate material availability and tracking.
• Manage return and replacement processes by aligning with service, stores, and vendor guidelines.
• Identify issues with faulty materials and coordinate replacements with service teams and vendors.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and internal teams for smooth operations and updates.
• Track and report order processing efficiency and dispatch performance metrics.
• Improve sales and dispatch processes to reduce delays and enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction by resolving escalations and providing timely support.
• Collaborate with vendors to address material issues and ensure quality compliance.
