Job summary

Gripon Bharat in Mumbai is seeking a Senior Sales Manager for building material sales across Ready Mix Plaster, Tile Adhesive, AAC blocks and related products. You will manage dealer networks, visit project sites, and drive growth through retail and trade channels.

The role requires 12–14 years in building material sales, strong dealer/contract experience, excellent communication and two-wheeler access, with local candidates preferred.

Qualifications

• 12–14 years of experience in Building Material sales.
• Experience in Tile Adhesive / Waterproofing / Cement / AAC Blocks preferred.
• Strong dealer handling & channel sales experience.
• Knowledge of market & builders/contractors.
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
• Two-wheeler mandatory.
• Local candidates preferred.
