Job summary

Gripon Bharat is seeking an Area Sales Manager to grow dealer networks across Dhule, Jalgaon, and Nandurbar in Maharashtra. You will drive sales of Ready Mix Plaster, Tile Adhesive, AAC Blocks and allied products, visiting sites and coaching distributors to meet targets.

The role requires 5–10 years in building material sales, strong negotiation and communication, plus a valid two-wheeler. Local language knowledge and market insight are preferred for fast market expansion.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in Building Material sales.
• Experience in Tile Adhesive / Waterproofing / Cement / AAC Blocks preferred.
• Strong dealer handling & channel sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle dealer & distributor network in assigned territory.
• Generate sales through retail & trade market.
• Appoint new dealers and expand market coverage.
• Visit contractors, retailers & project sites regularly.

Candidate Profile:
