Role Summary

The Manager – Project Sales (Tile Adhesives) will be responsible for driving project sales and specification approvals for Magicrete Tile Adhesives in the assigned territory. The role focuses on developing relationships with architects, consultants, PMCs, developers, builders, contractors, and key project stakeholders to generate product specifications and convert projects into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive project sales across residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional projects.
• Generate product specifications with architects, consultants, PMCs, and developers.

Experience & Industry Background

• 6–10 years of experience in Project Sales, Specification Sales, or Technical Sales.
• Experience in Tile Adhesives, Construction Chemicals, Building Materials, Ceramics, Tiles, Waterproofing, or related industries preferred.
• Strong network with architects, consultants, PMCs, developers, and contractors will be preferred.
• Strong project sales and business development skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong relationship-building skills with architects, consultants, PMCs, developers, builders, and contractors.
• Good understanding of project specification and approval processes.
• Strong knowledge of Tile Adhesives, Construction Chemicals, Tiles, and related building materials.
• Ability to identify upcoming projects and build a strong project sales pipeline.
• Strong market intelligence and competitor analysis skills.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with sales, technical, and marketing teams.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and preparation of sales and project reports.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of independently managing the assigned territory.
