Job summary

DesignCafe in Thane West is hiring a Sales Manager (Individual Contributor) for its Thane Experience Centre. The role focuses on building a robust pipeline and guiding prospects from first contact to close.

You will own the end-to-end customer experience, achieve monthly sales targets with a team of interiors designers, and deliver world-class service. Candidates should have 3+ years in inside sales and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Graduation in any stream (10+2+3 regular education) is required.
• Minimum 3+ years in inside sales or similar.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in B2C sales and meeting monthly targets.
• Industry preference when applying: Interior design, Real estate, Ed tech, Retail, Automotive.
• Role is Independent Contributor.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Build pipeline and build strong relationships with prospects
• Own the experience we give every prospective customer from the first time they interact with us
• Responsible for achieving sales targets by working with a talented group of interiors designers
• Provide world-class customer experience by extending passion and commitment for serving customers
• The ideal candidate for this role will come with past experience in managing relationships with customers and running a sales team, with clear sales targets
• Candidates should come with a proven track record of taking ownership, understanding customer pain-points, driving results and moving with speed to implement ideas in a fast-paced environment.
• Should be effective communicators who can work effortlessly with customers, colleagues, business partners and vendors, alike

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• 2 to 3 years of prior experience in B2C Sales hitting minimum monthly targets .
