Job Description Interior Sales Executive

Position: Interior Sales Executive
Location: Thane / Kolshet, Mumbai
Experience: 3to5 years
Salary: 35,000 to 50,000 per month

Job Summary
We are looking for a confident and target-oriented Interior Sales Executive with experience in interior design, residential/commercial projects, or related industries. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, understanding client requirements, presenting interior solutions, and converting enquiries into projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on leads for interior design and execution projects.
• Understand clients' requirements, preferences, budgets, and project timelines.
• Meet clients and present suitable interior design and execution solutions.
• Coordinate with the design and project execution teams to prepare proposals and quotations.
• Prepare and explain quotations, BOQs, and project estimates to clients.
• Negotiate with clients and close sales while maintaining company pricing and margins.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales process.
• Coordinate with architects, interior designers, vendors, and site teams as required.
• Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, quotations, conversions, and sales activities.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Keep track of market trends, competitor offerings, and customer requirements.
