We're Hiring: Air Cargo Pricing & Relations Professional | Visesh Cargo Logistics

We are expanding our Air Freight team and are looking for a results-driven cargo professional who excels at building airline partnerships, driving strategic pricing and delivering top-tier customer solutions in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate competitive spot and contract rates with airlines and GSAs to maximise profit margins.
• Prepare precise customer quotations, accurately factoring in chargeable weight, surcharges and local handling fees.
• Monitor market capacity and lane dynamics to optimise procurement strategies.

Airline Relations & Operational Oversight

• Build and maintain strong relationships with airline cargo sales teams to secure space allocations, especially during peak seasons.
• Apply a sound understanding of air freight operations (flight schedules, cut-offs and routing) to select the right carrier for each cargo profile.

Customer Relations & Team Collaboration

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing fast and accurate solutions.
• Work closely with the operations, documentation and sales teams to ensure seamless end-to-end shipment execution.

Candidate Profile

• Experience: Minimum 3 years in Air Freight Pricing, Procurement or Customer Relations within an international freight forwarding environment.
• Education: Graduate in any discipline. An MBA in Logistics or Supply Chain Management is an added advantage.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of IATA regulations, volumetric weight calculations, airline routing and international Incoterms.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, high agility and a team-player mindset with a natural ability to build relationships.
• Software: Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and freight management ERPs such as CargoWise.
