Job summary

RBC Bearings in Chennai is seeking an energetic Industrial Sales Executive to drive OEM and industrial accounts across Tamil Nadu. You will manage key customers, grow relationships, and meet monthly and annual sales targets while promoting bearings and related products.

The role requires an Engineering degree, B2B/B2C sales experience, and strong English/Tamil communication. A valid two-wheeler license is essential for field visits. Male candidates based in Tamil Nadu preferred.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required.
• Experience in industrial sales (B2B and B2C) preferred.
• Good communication in English and Tamil; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop new OEM and industrial customers across Chennai and Tamil Nadu.
• Manage and grow key accounts and long-term customer relationships.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales and profitability targets.
• Promote bearings and related industrial products based on customer requirements.
• Generate enquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate and close sales.
• Conduct regular customer visits and identify new business opportunities.
• Maintain sales pipeline, forecasts and customer records.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing.
• Coordinate with internal teams for orders, deliveries, and customer support.
• Follow up on payments and ensure customer satisfaction.
