Job summary

Nasr Seals Private Limited is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer for Mechanical Seals, Pumps and Rotary Equipment in India. You will drive new business development and maintain key relationships with end users and OEMs.

The role requires 5+ years of relevant experience, strong technical and commercial acumen, exceptional communication, and willingness to travel for customer visits and market development. Location: India; travel as needed.

Qualifications

Job Description

Nasr Seals is looking for an experienced Senior Sales Engineer to develop and grow our business in Mechanical Seals, Pumps & Rotary Equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business and maintain existing customer relationships.
• Generate enquiries, quotations and orders from end users and OEMs.
• Conduct customer visits and understand technical requirements.
• Provide suitable mechanical seal solutions in coordination with the technical team.
• Achieve sales targets and develop new market opportunities.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, OEMs and key decision makers.

Mandatory Requirements

• Mechanical Seal knowledge is compulsory.
• Candidates must have relevant experience in Mechanical Seals, Pumps & Rotary Equipment.
• Candidates should have good existing connections with End Users and OEMs.
• Strong technical and commercial understanding.
• Good communication, negotiation and customer relationship skills.
• Willingness to travel for customer visits and business development.
