Qualifications

• Prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries, negotiate, and convert opportunities into orders.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of customer requirements and orders.
• Maintain sales pipeline, CRM records, customer visit reports, and achieve assigned sales targets.

Key Skills & Requirements

• 1 - 5 years of experience in Industrial Sales, Technical Sales, or Application Engineering.
• B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Knowledge of Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Sealing, Filtration, Hoses & Fittings will be preferred.
• Strong technical understanding with good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Good negotiation, business development, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to understand customer applications and provide solution-oriented recommendations.
• Willingness to travel for customer visits and business development activities.
• MS Office and CRM/ERP knowledge will be an added advantage.
