ViralChilly is seeking a Senior Sales & Business Development Manager to lead revenue growth for IT and digital marketing services from our Jaipur office. The role focuses on selling WordPress/Shopify development, SEO, and performance marketing to Indian and international clients, including D2C and e-commerce brands.

This is a senior, target-driven position in a WFO setup. Based in Mansarovar, Jaipur, you will own the sales cycle end-to-end, maintain relationships, and drive monthly and quarterly

Salary: Up to ₹50,000 per month

ViralChilly is looking for an experienced Sales & Business Development professional with a strong background in selling IT services and digital marketing solutions. The ideal candidate should have experience handling Indian and international clients, particularly in the D2C and e-commerce industries, with a proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients across Indian and international markets.
• Sell IT and digital marketing services, including WordPress development, Shopify development, website design, SEO, performance marketing, and other digital solutions.
• Develop business opportunities with D2C brands, e-commerce businesses, startups, and established companies.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and discovery calls to proposals, negotiations, deal closure, and client onboarding.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical and marketing teams to propose suitable solutions.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline, update CRM records, and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Build long-term client relationships, identify upselling opportunities, and drive repeat business.
• Research market trends and identify new opportunities to expand the company's client base.
