Job summary

ViralChilly, a Jaipur-based digital marketing agency, is looking for a driven candidate for a full-time office role. You will find and evaluate projects on Upwork, craft tailored proposals, and communicate with prospects to schedule meetings.

You’ll maintain lead records and coordinate with internal teams on estimations and requirements. Ideal candidates possess strong English communication, proposal-writing skills, and familiarity with IT services or digital marketing.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong proposal writing and client communication abilities.
• Basic understanding of IT services, web development, or digital marketing.
• Experience in Upwork bidding is preferred; freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.

About the Job:

Location: Mansarovar, Jaipur

Work Mode: Work From Office(full time)

Working Days: 5 Days a Week

Salary - upto 15000 INR

Key Responsibilities:

1. Search and identify relevant projects on Upwork and freelancing platforms.

2. Analyze project requirements and submit tailored proposals.

3. Communicate with prospects and schedule meetings.

4. Follow up with potential clients and maintain lead records.

5. Coordinate with internal teams for project estimations and requirements.

6. Generate qualified leads and contribute to business growth.

Your daily work will include:

Reading project requirements posted by potential clients.

Identifying projects relevant to our company's services.

Writing and submitting customized proposals.

Following our internal process for tracking submitted applications.

1. Our office is at Space 7, Sector 7, 4th Floor (Office 401), Shipra Path, Mansarovar, Jaipur - 302020.

2. We're right next to Suvira Hospital, in a modern building that also houses an ICICI Bank branch for quick runs when needed.
