ViralChilly is seeking a Senior Sales & Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth from Jaipur and beyond. You will lead the full sales cycle, win IT services and digital marketing projects, and manage client relationships with D2C and e-commerce clients.

Based in our Jaipur office, you will engage with both Indian and international customers, coordinate with technical teams, and target quarterly revenue goals while expanding the client base and exploring upsell opportunities.

Senior Sales & Business Development Manager – IT & Digital Marketing

Location: Mansarovar, Jaipur

Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Salary: Up to ₹50,000 per month

Experience: 3–5+ Years

ViralChilly is looking for an experienced Sales & Business Development professional with a strong background in selling IT services and digital marketing solutions. The ideal candidate should have experience handling Indian and international clients, particularly in the D2C and e-commerce industries, with a proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients across Indian and international markets.
• Sell IT and digital marketing services, including WordPress development, Shopify development, website design, SEO, performance marketing, and other digital solutions.
• Develop business opportunities with D2C brands, e-commerce businesses, startups, and established companies.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and discovery calls to proposals, negotiations, deal closure, and client onboarding.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical and marketing teams to propose suitable solutions.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline, update CRM records, and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Build long-term client relationships, identify upselling opportunities, and drive repeat business.
• Research market trends and identify new opportunities to expand the company's client base.
