Job summary

ViralChilly in Jaipur invites a full-time in-office SEO Outreach internship for 4 months. You will research, identify and outreach to niche websites, run backlink analyses, and draft personalized communications to drive partnerships and brand mentions.

The role requires strong English, research mindset, and interest in digital marketing. The intern will work with the SEO and Content teams, maintain outreach records, and assist with campaign reporting.

About the internship

Location: Mansarovar, Jaipur

Work Mode: Work From Office (Full-time)

Working Days: 5 days a week

Duration: 4 Months

Stipend: 3,000- 5,000 per month

A stipend will be provided upon the successful completion of one month of the internship.

Responsibilities

1. Research niche-specific websites, publications, communities, and directories for outreach and collaboration opportunities.
2. Conduct competitor backlink analysis to identify high-potential SEO outreach opportunities.
3. Research industry trends and identify websites suitable for partnerships, collaborations, and brand mentions.
4. Build and maintain professional communication with website owners, bloggers, editors, and publishers.
5. Draft personalized outreach emails and communication for different campaigns and target audiences.
6. Support SEO outreach, collaboration, digital partnership, and brand mention campaigns.
7. Coordinate with the SEO and Content teams to align outreach activities with campaign goals.
8. Organize outreach workflows, communication timelines, and progress-tracking systems.
9. Maintain outreach databases, communication records, and campaign documentation accurately.
10. Track outreach performance, response rates, and successful placements.
11. Prepare reports and share insights to improve outreach effectiveness and campaign performance.
12. Suggest creative ideas to improve communication quality and outreach response rates.
13. Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
14. Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, outreach strategies, and digital marketing developments.
