Job summary

SULB Muthoot Fincorp in the Nilgiris district invites an area sales professional to drive micro LAP and secured loan business. You will identify micro markets, empanel referral partners, and convert leads with cold calling and daily sales calls.

You will nurture partnerships, support end-to-end loan processing, and deliver doorstep service in the assigned area. Role requires strong presentation and communication skills, plus the ability to manage stakeholders and cross-sell insurance.

Responsibilities

• Identify new micro markets and empanel referral partners to scale Micro LAP and Suvarna loans.
• Generate leads and manage the customer journey through the sales process.
• Perform cold calls and daily sales calls as per plan.
• Develop and nurture relationships with referral partners and connectors.
• Activate referral partners for new business and cross-sell insurance with loan customers.
• Be the face of SULB Muthoot Fincorp in the assigned area.
• Provide doorstep service to customers and support end-to-end loan processing.
• Act as liaison between customers and branch.

Deliver on Customer Acquisition through business development

• To find new micro markets and empanel good quality referral partners to scale up Micro LAP business & Gold backed secured business loan (Suvarna)
• Work in the Area assigned by the Branch Business Manager and generate leads
• Cold Calling to the potential customer base to generate business
• Daily Sales Calls as per the Plan submitted to BBM
• To find, nurture and develop excellent relationship with the Referral Partners / Connectors
• Managing the customer journey through sales championship, process championship and product championship To Activate Referral Partners for new business
• To give doorstep service to customers – at their residence or office.
• To learn the Organization’s policies, and source files as per the policy.
• To Act as the Eyes & Ears of the Organization while working in the Market for new opportunities, information and sharing them to Branch Business Manager
• To Support the Customers in terms of end -to- end loan processing.
• To act as the Bridge between Customers and the Branch
• To be responsible for the Soft Bucket collections, Early mortality and 12 MOB Fresh Sourcing.
• To Cross Sell Insurance effectively to the loan customers to safeguard their Property, Health & Life.
• To Be the Face of SULB Muthoot Fincorp for the Area Assigned for Working.
