Job summary

Muthoot Fincorp Ltd. invites a field sales executive to drive customer acquisition across micro markets in Tamil Nadu. You will empanel quality referral partners, manage leads, and perform cold calls to generate gold loan and Micro LAP business.

You will nurture relationships with partners, guide end-to-end loan processing, provide doorstep service, and act as the face of the company in your assigned area, ensuring strong market presence.

Qualifications

• Experience in micro market expansion and empanelling referral partners.
• Familiarity with micro LAP and gold loan products (Suvarna).
• Strong ability to generate leads and convert through calls and in-person visits.

Responsibilities

• Acquire customers through business development in assigned area.
• Find, nurture and develop referral partners to scale Micro LAP and gold loan business.
• Cold calling and daily sales calls as planned with Branch Business Manager.
• Manage customer journey through loan processing and end-to-end support.
• Act as bridge between customers and the branch; provide doorstep service.

Deliver on Customer Acquisition through business development

• To find new micro markets and empanel good quality referral partners to scale up Micro LAP business & Gold backed secured business loan (Suvarna)
• Work in the Area assigned by the Branch Business Manager and generate leads
• Cold Calling to the potential customer base to generate business
• Daily Sales Calls as per the Plan submitted to BBM
• To find, nurture and develop excellent relationship with the Referral Partners / Connectors
• Managing the customer journey through sales championship, process championship and product championship To Activate Referral Partners for new business
• To give doorstep service to customers - at their residence or office.
• To learn the Organization's policies, and source files as per the policy.
• To Act as the Eyes & Ears of the Organization while working in the Market for new opportunities, information and sharing them to Branch Business Manager
• To Support the Customers in terms of end -to- end loan processing.
• To act as the Bridge between Customers and the Branch
• To be responsible for the Soft Bucket collections, Early mortality and 12 MOB Fresh Sourcing.
• To Cross Sell Insurance effectively to the loan customers to safeguard their Property, Health & Life.
• To Be the Face of SULB Muthoot Fincorp for the Area Assigned for Working.
