Job summary

PeopleStrong seeks a sales-focused professional to drive customer acquisition and manage a network of referral partners in the Tiruppur region. You will activate partners, generate leads, and support end-to-end loan processing while ensuring strong customer service and relationship management.

The role requires strong presentation, communication, and business development skills, with the ability to work with local language and English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on customer acquisition through business development and referrals.
• Activate and manage referral partners to scale micro LAP and related products.
• Cold calling and daily sales calls to generate leads and convert opportunities.
• Maintain relationships with referral partners and customers to ensure end-to-end loan processing.
• Provide doorstep service and bridge between customers and branch operations.
• Support customers through end-to-end loan processing and documentation.
• Act as the face of the organization in the assigned market area.
• Contribute to collections and upsell insurance as applicable.

Deliver on Customer Acquisition through business development

Managing the customer journey through sales championship, process championship and product championship To Activate Referral Partners for new business

• To find new micro markets and empanel good quality referral partners to scale up Micro LAP business & Gold backed secured business loan (Suvarna)
• Work in the Area assigned by the Branch Business Manager and generate leads
• Cold Calling to the potential customer base to generate business
• Daily Sales Calls as per the Plan submitted to BBM
• To find, nurture and develop excellent relationship with the Referral Partners / Connectors
• To give doorstep service to customers – at their residence or office.
• To learn the Organization’s policies, and source files as per the policy.
• To Act as the Eyes & Ears of the Organization while working in the Market for new opportunities, information and sharing them to Branch Business Manager
• To Support the Customers in terms of end -to- end loan processing.
• To act as the Bridge between Customers and the Branch
• To be responsible for the Soft Bucket collections, Early mortality and 12 MOB Fresh Sourcing.
• To Cross Sell Insurance effectively to the loan customers to safeguard their Property, Health & Life.
• To Be the Face of SULB Muthoot Fincorp for the Area Assigned for Working.
