Job summary

SULB Muthoot Fincorp in Coimbatore seeks a dynamic sales professional to drive customer acquisition and expand the micro LAP and gold-backed loan portfolio. You will identify micro markets, empanel referral partners, and lead end-to-end customer engagement from first contact to loan processing, delivering doorstep service.

You will nurture relationships with referral partners, perform daily sales activities, and act as the brand face in the assigned area, ensuring compliance and achieving

Responsibilities

• Find new micro markets and empanel referral partners to scale up Micro LAP business & Gold backed secured loans (Suvarna).
• Work in the area assigned by the Branch Business Manager and generate leads.
• Cold calling to potential customer base to generate business.
• Daily sales calls as per the plan submitted to BBM.
• Develop and nurture relationships with referral partners/connectors.
• Activate referral partners for new business and manage the customer journey through sales, process and product championships.
• Provide doorstep service to customers at their residence or office.
• Learn organizational policies and source files as per policy.
• Act as the Eyes & Ears of the organization in the market and share opportunities with BBM.
• Support customers in end-to-end loan processing and bridge between customers and the branch.
• Be responsible for soft bucket collections, early mortality and 12 MOB fresh sourcing.
• Cross-sell insurance to loan customers to safeguard property, health & life.
• Be the face of SULB Muthoot Fincorp for the area assigned.

Deliver on Customer Acquisition through business development

• To find new micro markets and empanel good quality referral partners to scale up Micro LAP business & Gold backed secured business loan (Suvarna)
• Work in the Area assigned by the Branch Business Manager and generate leads
• Cold Calling to the potential customer base to generate business
• Daily Sales Calls as per the Plan submitted to BBM
• To find, nurture and develop excellent relationship with the Referral Partners / Connectors
• Managing the customer journey through sales championship, process championship and product championship To Activate Referral Partners for new business
• To give doorstep service to customers – at their residence or office.
• To learn the Organization’s policies, and source files as per the policy.
• To Act as the Eyes & Ears of the Organization while working in the Market for new opportunities, information and sharing them to Branch Business Manager
• To Support the Customers in terms of end -to- end loan processing.
• To act as the Bridge between Customers and the Branch
• To be responsible for the Soft Bucket collections, Early mortality and 12 MOB Fresh Sourcing.
• To Cross Sell Insurance effectively to the loan customers to safeguard their Property, Health & Life.
• To Be the Face of SULB Muthoot Fincorp for the Area Assigned for Working.
