Job summary

SULB Muthoot Fincorp in West Bengal seeks a field sales professional to drive customer acquisition and micro market expansion. You will empanel referral partners, generate leads, conduct cold calls, and ensure end-to-end loan processing.

You will nurture relationships, activate partners for new business, provide doorstep service, and cross-sell insurance to protect customers’ assets. The role requires local language proficiency and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Experience in relationship building and stakeholder management.
• Ability to cross-sell and upsell insurance with loan customers.
• Good understanding of sales processes and business development.

Responsibilities

• Identify new micro markets and empanel referral partners to grow business.
• Make cold calls to generate leads and conduct daily sales calls.
• Develop relationships with referral partners and activate them for new business.
• Provide doorstep service to customers for loan processing.
• Act as liaison between customers and the branch.
• Support end-to-end loan processing and customer journey.
• Cross-sell insurance to loan customers to safeguard assets.
• Be the face of the company in the assigned area.

Deliver on Customer Acquisition through business development

• To find new micro markets and empanel good quality referral partners to scale up Micro LAP business & Gold backed secured business loan (Suvarna)
• Work in the Area assigned by the Branch Business Manager and generate leads
• Cold Calling to the potential customer base to generate business
• Daily Sales Calls as per the Plan submitted to BBM
• To find, nurture and develop excellent relationship with the Referral Partners / Connectors
• Managing the customer journey through sales championship, process championship and product championship To Activate Referral Partners for new business
• To give doorstep service to customers – at their residence or office.
• To learn the Organization’s policies, and source files as per the policy.
• To Act as the Eyes & Ears of the Organization while working in the Market for new opportunities, information and sharing them to Branch Business Manager
• To Support the Customers in terms of end -to- end loan processing.
• To act as the Bridge between Customers and the Branch
• To be responsible for the Soft Bucket collections, Early mortality and 12 MOB Fresh Sourcing.
• To Cross Sell Insurance effectively to the loan customers to safeguard their Property, Health & Life.
• To Be the Face of SULB Muthoot Fincorp for the Area Assigned for Working.
