Job summary

PeopleStrong is seeking a driven sales professional in Uttar Pradesh to drive customer acquisition and partner growth. You will manage the end-to-end journey for loan products, engage with referral partners, and extend doorstep service to customers in the assigned territory.

You will cold-call potential customers, follow daily call plans, and nurture relationships with partners while supporting end-to-end loan processing and early collections.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to present and communicate effectively to diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in building referral partner networks and local market coverage.
• Understanding of loan processing and customer onboarding is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on customer acquisition through business development.
• Manage the customer journey with sales, process, and product focus.
• Empanel and nurture referral partners to scale micro LAP and gold-backed loans.
• Cold call and generate leads in the assigned area; conduct daily sales calls.
• Provide doorstep service to customers and act as a bridge between customers and the branch.
• Support end-to-end loan processing and timely collections.

Deliver on Customer Acquisition through business development

Managing the customer journey through sales championship, process championship and product championship To Activate Referral Partners for new business

• To find new micro markets and empanel good quality referral partners to scale up Micro LAP business & Gold backed secured business loan (Suvarna)
• Work in the Area assigned by the Branch Business Manager and generate leads
• Cold Calling to the potential customer base to generate business
• Daily Sales Calls as per the Plan submitted to BBM
• To find, nurture and develop excellent relationship with the Referral Partners / Connectors
• To give doorstep service to customers – at their residence or office.
• To learn the Organization’s policies, and source files as per the policy.
• To Act as the Eyes & Ears of the Organization while working in the Market for new opportunities, information and sharing them to Branch Business Manager
• To Support the Customers in terms of end -to- end loan processing.
• To act as the Bridge between Customers and the Branch
• To be responsible for the Soft Bucket collections, Early mortality and 12 MOB Fresh Sourcing.
• To Cross Sell Insurance effectively to the loan customers to safeguard their Property, Health & Life.
• To Be the Face of SULB Muthoot Fincorp for the Area Assigned for Working.
