Job summary

PeopleStrong is seeking a dynamic field sales professional in Tamil Nadu to drive customer acquisition for Micro LAP and related loan products. You will engage in end-to-end loan processing support, develop and nurture a network of referral partners, and provide doorstep service to customers at their home or office.

Strong relationship skills and local language fluency are essential. You will work under the Branch Business Manager, identify micro markets, conduct cold calls and daily sales

Responsibilities

• Deliver on Customer Acquisition through business development.
• Manage the customer journey through sales championship, process championship and product championship.
• Activate Referral Partners for new business.
• Find new micro markets and empanel good quality referral partners to scale up Micro LAP business & Gold backed secured business loan (Suvarna).
• Work in the area assigned by the Branch Business Manager and generate leads.
• Cold calling to the potential customer base to generate business.
• Daily sales calls as per the plan submitted to BBM.
• Find, nurture and develop excellent relationships with Referral Partners / Connectors.
• Provide doorstep service to customers – at their residence or office.
• Learn the Organization’s policies and source files as per policy.
• Act as Eyes & Ears of the Organization for new opportunities and share with Branch Business Manager.
• Support customers in end-to-end loan processing.
• Act as the bridge between customers and the Branch.
• Be responsible for Soft Bucket collections, Early mortality and 12 MOB Fresh Sourcing.
• Cross-sell insurance effectively to loan customers to safeguard property, health & life.
• Be the Face of SULB Muthoot Fincorp for the area assigned.
