Bajaj Finance Limited is seeking a Branch Operations Manager to drive daily branch performance, enhance customer engagement, and participate in field-marketing activities to boost brand visibility.

The role requires experience in gold loan banking, strong communication skills, and leadership to coach staff and grow branch profitability. You will oversee vault duties and ensure compliant operations while expanding product cross-sell.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of relevant experience required.
• Bachelor's Degree/Post-graduation Degree preferred.
• Previous experience in gold loan banking, gold loan products, management or client service preferred.
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee overall branch operations and profitability.
• Drive field-marketing activities to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.
• Plan and monitor branch field activities to maintain a healthy leads pipeline and business conversion.
• Focus on customer engagement for new acquisitions and retention of existing customers.
• Conduct valuation of pledged gold ornaments for weight and purity as per policy.
• Act as joint custodian of the vault and safeguard pledged securities.
• Keep NPAs in check through timely follow-ups for interest collections.
• Hire, coach, mentor, and train staff with timely performance feedback.
• Prepare branch performance reports and take actions to drive growth.
• Increase gold loan business and cross-sell products like NCDs and gold coins.

Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall branch operations, performance profitability of the branch.
• Drive participate in field-marketing activities of various financial products along with the team to improve brand visibility
• Plan, conduct monitor the branch field level marketing activities to ensure health pipeline of leads resulting into business conversion branch growth
• Focus on customer engagement for new customer acquisitions retainment of old customers
• Conducting error free valuation appraisal of gold ornaments being pledged in branch with correct weight purity assessment as per company policy and auditory compliance
• Joint custodian of the Vault with responsibility of safekeeping of of pledged securities as per company policies
• Responsible for keeping NPAs in control through strong follow-ups from the customers for interest collections
• Good planning abilities are required for smooth functioning of the branch for developing cohesiveness within the company and co-workers.
• Hiring, coaching, mentoring and training employees and providing them with timely feedback on their performance
• Maintaining quality performance of the business, preparing various reports of the same and take necessary actions for growth of business in branch
• Increase Gold Loan business, plus various other third-party products i.e., NCD's, Gold Coins sale etc.
