Job summary

Shashwath Solution in Pune seeks an experienced Insurance Sales professional to manage hospital networks and drive empanelment on the GMoney Platform. The role requires strong communication and a solid understanding of insurance processes.

You will visit hospitals, negotiate rates, expand the territory, and coordinate with hospitals for claims documentation and timely submissions. A track record in sales and relationship building is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience of 5+ years in Insurance sales.

Responsibilities

• Hospital visits for empanelment and activation on the GMoney Platform.
• Coordination for agreement closure and rates negotiations with hospitals.
• Maintaining good relationships with hospitals in the region.
• Expansion of territory and scaling up the area with new business development.
• Coordination with hospitals for business and follow-up as required.
• Tracking, maintaining records, and reporting to RO/HO via visits/calls.
• Coordination with hospitals for collection of claims documents and related items.
• Monitor outstanding claims and coordinate with claims/Operations teams.
• Ensure timely submission of claims and respond to queries.
• Communicate new product and service features to the ecosystem partners.

• Constant touch with hospitals through visits and calls as per guidelines framed, tracking, maintaining the record, and reporting to RO/HO
• Coordination with Hospitals for collection of claims documents and other documents connected to claims whenever required
• Close watch on outstanding claims of his/her region and coordination with the claims/ Operation team wherever required
• Monitoring submission of claims timelines and follow up with hospitals and backend for timely submission of claims and query responses.
• Effectively communicate new product and service features and benefits to the prospective ecosystem partner.
