Success Partner Consultants Private Limited is seeking a talent acquisition professional to understand client requirements and source top candidates across IT and non-IT domains. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer management.

You will build strong relationships with clients and candidates, maintain a robust pipeline, and conduct market research to keep a competitive edge in talent sourcing across multiple channels.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT or non-IT recruitment.
• End-to-end recruitment knowledge including sourcing and interview coordination.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with clients and candidates.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Understand clients hiring requirements, job descriptions, technical and functional skills, experience criteria to ensure accurate candidate sourcing and selection.
• Source top talent through various channels such as job portals, Linkedin and networking.
• Conduct initial screening of resumes to identify suitable candidates.
• Coordinate interview schedules between clients and candidates, provide interview-related information.
• Manage candidate pipeline by tracking progress, communicating updates to stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery of results.
• Maintain a solid candidate database and Market Research.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience in IT OR non-IT recruitment.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interview coordination, offer management etc.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
