Job summary

Amor Management Consultants in Delhi is seeking a proactive Recruitment Specialist to manage the full lifecycle from understanding client mandates to onboarding new hires. You will source, screen, and coordinate interviews, driving timely closures while maintaining candidate engagement.

In this role you will collaborate with senior consultants and BD teams to prioritize mandates, negotiate offers, and ensure smooth joining processes across multiple concurrent searches in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
• Proficiency in sourcing candidates via portals, LinkedIn, and databases.
• Skilled in interview coordination and offer management.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Role & responsibilities

Role Purpose

To manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from understanding client requirements and sourcing candidates to interview coordination, offer management, joining, and post-joining follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand client mandates, job descriptions, company requirements, and candidate profiles.
• Source relevant candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, references, and networking.
• Conduct preliminary screening and assess candidates against defined mandates.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for critical and recurring positions.
• Conduct initial candidate discussions regarding role, company, location, compensation, and career expectations.
• Coordinate candidate interviews with clients and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Manage offer discussions, notice-period negotiations, and joining formalities.
• Verify candidate documents and ensure smooth joining and onboarding.
• Achieve aligned sourcing, submission, interview closure, and joining targets.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Work closely with senior consultants and business development teams to understand client priorities.
• Ensure timely closure of mandates within agreed TAT.
