Job summary

Heads Quest is seeking a recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for mid to senior-level roles in Ahmedabad. The role involves sourcing, screening, evaluating candidates, and coordinating interviews through closure.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years in progressive recruiting, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with the team. Graduation is essential, with Masters/HR specialization a plus.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of progressive Recruiting across levels.
• Graduation is a must, Masters a plus. HR specialization a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, critical thinking skills.
• Excellent verbal communication, presentation and writing skills.
• High degree of initiative; must be able to work independently and be a self-starter as well as a strong team player.
• Sense of urgency and business orientation combined with customer service skills.
• Ability to come across confident, credible, and articulate to senior leaders.

• Driving high-quality selection and positive candidate/client experiences.
• Maintaining and developing recruitment reports.
