Job summary

Flexisales Marketing is seeking a Senior Recruitment Executive in Pune to lead end-to-end recruitment processes and drive volume hiring. You will source, screen, and shortlist candidates via major portals and internal references, coordinating drives and interviews to meet hiring goals.

The role emphasizes candidate experience, vendor management, and continuous improvement of recruiting processes. A degree in HR and 0.6 months to 2+ years of relevant experience are preferred.

• Undergrad or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience.
• 0.6 months to 2+ years of related experience in volume hiring.
• Experience with fast paced tech/non tech companies in volume hiring.

Responsibilities

• Involved in full Recruiting life cycle & end to end recruitment.
• Sourcing, screening, and short-listing resumes through job portals and internal references.
• Planning and structuring of job advertisements on job portals.
• Conducting drives, walk-ins, telephonic and personal interviews.
• Maintaining employees’ personal files and records.
• Recruiting candidates for frontline and lateral profiles.
• Salary negotiation, telephonic screening, and interview coordination.
• Timely closure of open requisitions and recruitment MIS/dashboards.
• Ensuring a warm and pleasant candidate experience.
• Vendor management, process improvement and automation.
