Job summary

Mgrow Education is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead mid-level, senior, and leadership hiring from sourcing to closure. The role requires a self-starter who can independently manage mandates ensuring timely closures.

The position is based in Gurgaon, Haryana, India, with Work From Office (WFO) and Full-Time employment, offering exposure to Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations recruitment across the organization. Experience: 6–8 years in recruitment.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition.
• Strong experience in mid-level and leadership hiring.
• Proven recruitment experience in Sales/Marketing/Finance/Operations roles.
• Prior experience with a recruitment consultancy/staffing firm is mandatory.
• Strong sourcing, headhunting, and LinkedIn/Naukri search skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple requirements and drive closures.
• Strong communication, candidate engagement, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end hiring for mid-level, senior, and leadership positions.
• Primarily handle recruitment across Sales, Business Development, Finance & Operations.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, databases, referrals, networking, and headhunting.
• Screen and assess candidates for skills, experience, role fit, compensation, and career progression.
• Coordinate interviews, offers, and joining follow-ups.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline and ensure timely closures.
