Job summary

Eastvantage Group in Bangalore Urban, India is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment across tech and business roles. You will collaborate with Hiring Manager and Account Director to define requirements and craft compelling job descriptions.

You will benchmark salaries, develop assessment tools, post ads, screen applicants, schedule interviews, and maintain a candidate databank while generating reports to ensure KPI achievement.

Qualifications

• At least 3+ years of professional background in a flexible recruitment environment.
• Capable of meeting KPIs such as monthly hires.
• Proficient with tracking systems and job portals.
• Sourcing background using various job portal tools.
• Excellent communication and MS/Google proficiency.
• Bachelor's degree holder.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an active and organized data bank of applicants for various positions.
• Generate recruitment-related reports.
• Plot job offers and board selected candidates.
• Update internal recruitment system and info board.
• Ensure compliance with agreed KPIs.
