• End-to-End Delivery: Own the full recruitment lifecycle—from intake discovery and sourcing strategy to offer negotiation, drop-off management, and onboarding.
• Niche Talent Sourcing: Go beyond standard job portals using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Kaggle, advanced Boolean search, and technical communities to uncover passive tech talent.
• Strategic Partnership: Act as a trusted partner to Hiring Managers and client leaders, providing real-time market data, talent mapping, and feasibility insights.
• Data-Driven Execution: Leverage ATS data and Excel analytics to monitor pipeline health, optimize SLAs, improve offer-to-join conversion ratios, and proactively resolve bottlenecks.
• Leadership & Mentorship: Elevate team performance by mentoring junior recruiters and instituting sourcing best practices across the team.
