TecQubes Technologies in Bangalore is seeking an experienced Recruitment Team Lead to drive end-to-end IT recruitment operations, lead a team of recruiters, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality technology talent across client requirements.

You will mentor the team, develop effective sourcing strategies using Naukri, LinkedIn and other portals, monitor performance, and collaborate with Account Managers to align hiring priorities and keep a healthy pipeline.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of IT recruitment experience.
• At least 12 years in a leadership role.
• Strong IT sourcing, screening and delivery experience.
• Hands-on with Naukri and LinkedIn.
• Ability to meet targets with tight timelines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Strong analytics on recruitment metrics.
• Mentor recruiters and drive a quality-focused culture.

Responsabilités

• Strong understanding of technology hiring and recruitment processes.
• Proven ability to manage targets and deliver against tight timelines.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical ability with a focus on recruitment metrics and performance.
• Ability to mentor recruiters and drive a target-oriented, quality-focused team culture.
