• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, talent mapping, and internal databases.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical tech skills.
• Assess candidates on technical, domain, and cultural fit; align career goals.
• Provide recruitment analytics and dashboards to leadership on pipeline health and time-to-fill.
• Mentor and coach recruiters to achieve hiring goals.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across business, HR and leadership teams.
• Monitor technology talent market trends and compensation benchmarks.
• Ensure governance, data accuracy, candidate experience, and SLA adherence.

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Technology Talent Acquisition Recruiter to lead end-to-end technology hiring initiatives, manage a team of recruiters, and drive talent acquisition strategies across diverse technology domains. The role requires a strong understanding of technology skill sets, exceptional sourcing capabilities, stakeholder management, reporting expertise, and people leadership skills.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for technology positions across Software Engineering, Data Engineering, Cloud, AI/ML, DevOps, QA, Product, and emerging technology domains.
• Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce demand, hiring priorities, and future talent needs.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies leveraging job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, talent mapping, social platforms, and internal databases.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical, niche, and high-priority technology skill sets.
• Assess candidate suitability by evaluating technical competencies, domain expertise, cultural fit, and career alignment.
• Drive recruitment reporting and analytics , providing leadership with insights on hiring progress, pipeline health, time-to-fill, offer conversion, and productivity metrics.
• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of recruiters , ensuring high performance, capability development, and achievement of hiring goals.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across business, HR, and leadership teams, serving as a trusted advisor on hiring strategy and market intelligence.
• Monitor technology talent market trends , including compensation benchmarks, competitor hiring activity, skill availability, and talent landscape insights.
• Ensure recruitment governance and process excellence by maintaining compliance, data accuracy, candidate experience standards, and adherence to hiring SLAs and policies.
