Job summary

Alten is seeking a Technical Recruiter in Bengaluru to lead end-to-end recruitment for Embedded Systems, Digital/Analog Design, and Power Electronics. You will source niche engineering talent across Automotive, Aerospace and Industrial Automation, and partner with hiring managers to drive hiring strategies and close roles efficiently.

The ideal candidate has 4–7 years of technical recruitment experience with strong sourcing abilities and excellent stakeholder communication skills.
