Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a Training Specialist to deliver education and training on Robotic Assisted Surgery technologies across classrooms, labs, and web sessions. You will support new hires and act as a content expert within project teams, collaborating with MedEd, Digital Education, Marketing, and sales leaders.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least five years in training or related medical device roles, with travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• +5 years of experience in training, field sales, sales support, clinical or technical role in the medical device or healthcare industry.
• Medical device experience with Robotic Assisted Surgery technologies.
• Clinical and/or operating room experience.
• Proven experience training.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of your time.
