Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to robotic systems through remote support or on-site intervention.
Collaborate with Clinical team to provide timely and effective solutions to end-users.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for robotic systems to minimize downtime and ensure continuous functionality.
Conduct routine inspections and updates to prevent potential issues.
Deliver technical training to healthcare professionals and internal staff on the use and maintenance of robotic surgical systems.
Create and update technical documentation, manuals, and troubleshooting guides.
